This Chinese restaurant maintains a well-known name. In the heart of its dining area is a modern fountain doubles, which work as a room divider. The fountain is topped with plants, and is the centerpiece of the magnificent work and design of architects Joe Franzese and Kasumi. The Asian-inspired paintings are displayed on the gray walls. The entrance is equally inviting.
This 75-seat restaurant has a very high noise level on weekends. The crowd waiting for tables spills out into the parking space, and they seek sitting spots on wooden planters.

You can eat this like a Chinese taco, and the fresh lettuce is an ideal complement to the tasty minced chicken, peppery sauce, and vegetables. The Hunan asparagus is delicious. It is made by combining chicken, shrimp and beef stir-fried with asparagus in spicy brown sauce.
Most of the dishes are stir-fried in a very hot wok, or quickly sautéed. Chau, who is the chef-owner of Foo Do, was trained in Hong Kong. He is a dim sum and bakery specialist. Chef Chau received special training in the siu tsau tradition of steaming and barbecue techniques. The fried rice Hunan style tastes great, and it seems like steamed rice.
Human shrimp and spring rolls taste fresh. The hot and spicy dishes are special. One bite can give you a burning sensation. For those who love spicy food, medium to hot spicy level should be the option.
Bon bon chicken, pan-fried stickers, and crispy egg rolls are the traditional appetizers in Hunan by the Falls. All of these are good to eat.
Hunan serves corn soup, as well as spicy hot and sour soup. Many like to order the rice in sizzling rice soup. It is sizzled in the kitchen but poured tableside into a tureen of chicken broth with shrimp, chicken, beef, black mushrooms and pea pods.
